Office Manager
LOCATIONS: Briarcrest, Southaven, Hernando
HOURS: Vary

Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of two years’ management experience in a medical office setting is required.
- Well organized, flexible, able to appropriately delegate, and enjoy the challenges of managing a clinic.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced level of computer skills required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with electronic medical records systems.
- Must be customer service oriented and demonstrate tact and diplomacy in interpersonal interactions.
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions.
- Ability to plan, prioritize and complete multiple tasks under stress with frequent interruptions.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented; strong attention to detail is necessary.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with individuals both inside and outside the practice.
- Ability to responsibly handle and maintain confidential information.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the supervision of 20-30 direct reports.
- Establish a team atmosphere through leadership and development.
- Manage scheduling and payroll for assigned departments.
- Ability to address patient, physician, and staff concerns in a positive manner.
- Collaborate with Supervisors in other departments to organize and coordinate office workflows and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Travel between locations weekly.
- Other duties as assigned by Director of Operations
