
Colton Norton, MD
Dr. Colton Norton is an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and joint preservation. He has completed his fellowship at Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Jackson, Mississippi.
Dr. Norton earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, where he was inducted into the AOA Honor Society. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Tennessee - Chattanooga, earning multiple awards for leadership, teaching, and humanitarian service.
A former NCAA Division I tennis athlete, Dr. Norton brings a deep understanding of sports performance to his clinical practice. His research includes publications in "Arthroscopy Techniques", "Arthroplasty Today", and the "International Journal of Athletic Therapy and Training", with a focus on ACL reconstruction, joint preservation, and postoperative recovery strategies.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Norton enjoys tennis, travel, and spending time with family.
