Are You a Patient Experience Focused Clinic Assistant?
This position will report to multiple clinic locations on a rotating basis.
Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent GED.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to project a professional, pleasant image while interacting with others; must demonstrate tact and diplomacy in interpersonal interactions.

Knowledge of anatomy and basic medical terminology is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and service.

Proficient in taking vital signs accurately.

Advanced level of computer skills required, incuding electronic medical records.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
Responsibilities

Assists with patient flow, triage, and rooming patients.

Interact effectively with patients, family members and vendors as appropriate.

Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature.

Obtains patient histories and medications and documents accurately in the patient's chart in compliance with clinic protocols.

Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment.

Interact effectively with patients, family members and vendors as appropriate.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient service and satisfaction.

Other tasks as assigned by supervisor, medical assistant, or provider
