Rachel Bates is a Certified Physician Assistant practicing at OrthoSouth’s clinics in Bartlett, Germantown, and Memphis-Poplar Ave. She has a strong background in emergency and urgent care medicine, having worked at Saint Francis – Bartlett’s emergency department, RedMed Urgent Care, and Baptist Tipton Memorial Hospital’s Emergency Department prior to joining the OrthoSouth team.

Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband Chris and their three sons. She likes to garden, workout, and swim. She is a strong advocate for preventative medicine and the impact nutrition has on health.
